The reCUBE was specially developed for use in areas away from the grid. It forms a mobile supply unit which can work without a diesel generator and which is completely based on renewable energy sources.

It uses a PV generator to convert solar power into electricity and stores this in a battery. The system is aided by a wind wheel which compensates for the lack of solar power at night and during months with less sunshine.
