EGing
EGing Photovoltaic Technology was founded in 2003 with humble beginnings as a manufacturer of silicon ingot. By 2008, EGing has emerged as one of the few leading vertically integrated solar PV companies. By end of 2010, EGing will have 500MW of capacity and become the world’s largest vertically integrated mono crystalline solar PV company.
EGing has established its own laboratory and photovoltaic R & D center, and brought in a strong research team headed by professionals with broad experience in the PV industry. EGing established joint solar PV cell research center with Shanghai Jiaotong University and Jiangsu University and put in place leading equipment and testing facilities. Among R&D facilities, there are Changzhou PV Engineering Center and Jiangsu Solar Energy and Materials Engineering Technology Research Center. Among that, the module laboratory is recognized by VDE with its TDAP certificate. So far, EGing has over 100 invention and innovation patents.
